RORO TRAILERS

These custom built trailers were designed to load cane bins directly from tracks on the back of the trailers and then deliver direct to the mill.

With critical on-site needs, complex locking system, long lead time supply chain and absolute deadlines, TEFCO worked with engineering consultants, on-site operators and the mill to deliver as per requirements.

B-DOUBLE COMBINATION

This combination included aluminium lids with sliding covers, fixed gates. It also included:

• Detailed loading analysis
• Fixed overhead loading facility
• Fixed loading cells per axle group
• Extremely harsh product
• Multiple combinations running 24/7

TIPPING SKELS

These Tipping Skels are not standard trailers, they include:

• Custom Designed Strenx 700 frame built to incorporate customer component fit-out
• In-Built Air & Hydraulic pipework
• Extendable Skel to take 20′ or 30′ containers
• Custom rear access platforms
• Fold away safety rails

Once completed, this trailer is one of the smartest trailers we have seen.

NON PRE-ADVISED PBS COMBINATION

This combination was converted from a Rigid and 6 Axle Dog into a new Non Pre-Advised 30m PBS Combination that consisted of the below trailers:

• 3 Axle Truck (Existing)
• Tri-Axle Dolly (Split from 6 Axle Dog)
• Rollback Lead Trailer (New Unit)
• Chassis Tip Tag Trailer (Split from 6 Axle Dog)

Combination is called 3-axle truck tri-dolly B-Double (3-3)

MULTI-DECK – CRANE LOADING PLATFORMS

MULTIDECK is the only fully automated folding crane loading platform on the market. By increasing the speed at which material can be loaded or unloaded, it makes the crane more efficient, saving man hours.
