Tefco Trailers History

THE TEFCO STORY

From humble beginnings, the company began in Goulburn in regional NSW as a trailer repair workshop with a team of 5. It quickly progressed into manufacturing new trailers, where Richard & Sue saw the need for a solid, durable aluminium tipping trailer to meet the demands of the growing grain industry.

The expansion of a second manufacturing plant in Brisbane 13 years later represented exceptional growth for the company and opened the door for TEFCO to enter new markets, including the recycling industry trailer range.

We are a family business and work closely with all our staff. That’s why people enjoy working at TEFCO. Our first apprentice is still working in our business today, along with many staff that have been with TEFCO for over 20 years.

Over 35 years in the trailer manufacturing business is a testament to the skill, integrity, industry reputation and, most importantly, the team of a brand that builds a product to withstand everything the trucking industry can throw at it.
